Responsibilities

  • In this role, you’ll:
  • Drive Growth: Own a portfolio of top-tier System Integrators and Resellers to achieve partner-sourced and partner influence revenue targets.
  • Master the GTM: Build and execute the playbook for EMEA North, aligning local wins with our global vision.
  • Build High-Level Alliances: Get into the room with C-suite stakeholders and VPs to align business goals and create joint value.
  • Win Together: Partner with our Sales teams to map accounts, joint-sell, and accelerate the pipeline.
  • Be the Expert: Act as the "Voice of the Partner" internally, ensuring our Product and Marketing teams are building what the market actually needs.
  • Show Up: Be the face of our partner program at major events, executive briefings, and QBRs.

Requirements

  • Required:
  • 7+ Years of Experience: In partner sales or alliances within the tech space.
  • Regional Mastery: You know the UKI and Nordic markets inside and out and have the track record to prove it.
  • The Network: You’re coming in with a "Rolodex" of established relationships at SIs and digital transformation firms.
  • Executive Presence: You’re comfortable leading a room of C-level executives and can simplify complex ideas into winning strategies.
  • Action-Oriented: You don’t wait for instructions. You’re a self-starter who moves fast and delivers.
  • Desired:
  • Tech Stack: Experience with API-first platforms, CPaaS, CCaaS, or CDP.
  • SaaS Pedigree: You’ve thrived in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
  • Languages: Fluency in French or German is a major bonus.
  • Location
  • This role will be remotely based in the UK.
  • Travel
  • We prioritise connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 30% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.
