Technical Account Manager
We are looking for a recent graduate or an experienced ICT professional to join Veikkaus' Delivery and Support team. In this role you will act as a Technical Account Manager for the B2B clients of our subsidiary, Fennica Gaming.
A great Technical Account Manager is like a star defender in a football team, always ensuring that their customer - the goalkeeper - never has to worry about overly technical matters.
Job responsibilities:
Managing update cycles for multiple gaming systems - from acceptance testing to production
Handling various incident and problem management tasks as part of Veikkaus' incident management processes
Daily use of key systems and tools such as ITIL, JIRA, Confluence, Service Now, Slack, Teams, GCP, GitLab and AWS
Noncustomer related documentation activities around Veikkaus B2B products
You will succeed in this role if you have:
A relevant ICT degree or qualification
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage strict timelines
Experience with different mobile platforms (iOS/Android)
A proactive, service-oriented mindset with good self-leadership skills
Strong partner and vendor collaboration skills
Motivation to develop your skills and expertise
Good documentation and communication skills in English
Considered an advantage:
Previous experience in the gaming/gambling industry
3+ years of experience in ICT specialist roles
