Role Purpose
The Director of Sales Enablement International (EMEA & APJ) is responsible for the productivity and readiness of the international sales organization. You will architect and scale enablement programs—from onboarding to advanced "Value Selling"—ensuring that Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Channel Partners in these regions are equipped to communicate Rubrik’s Zero Trust Data Security and AI-driven resilience value propositions effectively.
