About the role

On behalf of our client — a well-established, mid-sized marketing company with around 500 employees — we at Talentora are looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Manager to join their team. This is a fully remote position focused entirely on the Swedish market, where you will own and grow client relationships while driving business results in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts across the Swedish market
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver marketing solutions that meet client goals
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and performance reports for clients
  • Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity in Sweden
  • Who you are
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role
  • Background in or strong understanding of the marketing industry
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Structured, proactive, and results-oriented
