On a typical day, you'llsupport customer project planning with technical designs, share insights that help shape product development, produce detailed engineering drawings, or educate colleagues on site design best practices and new product implementation, making a direct impact on our mission to revolutionize transportation.</span></p><p><span><strong>ROLE SPECIFICS</strong></span></p></div><ul><li><p><span>Develop EV charging system solutions through high quality 2D electrical schematics and 3D installation site layouts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support the overall technical design process, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and customer requirements, while aligning with Kempower’s product capabilities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide technical design drawings and engineering guidelines to support accurate internal documentation and customer project planning.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Train members of the Solutions Support community (via online/video calls) on topics you have developed expertise in (e.g., electrical design guidance and tool usage).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in customer specification reviews, feasibility studies, and system design evaluations, while maintaining records of design iterations, technical reports, and compliance documentation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze design requirements and incorporate feedback from installation experts and customers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with product management teams to align designed engineering solutions with product capabilities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide technical insights and feedback to influence product development and solution enhancements, drawing on your involvement in pilot projects and prototype testing.</span></p></li></ul><div><p><span>At Kempower we work hybrid. However, occasional traveling is expected in this role. The Solutions Support community operates globally, while the Global Solutions Support team you would belong to is primarily based in Finland, close to Product Management and Development.
