As a Senior Oncology Portfolio Manager, you will lead the engagement of oncologists as part of the oncology portfolio. This role will also involve engaging with various subsets of the oncology community to inform and support on new practice-changing treatments.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include, however not limited to:
  • Engagement with customers to inform, update and support on new treatments
  • Profile, map and validate customer groups in collaboration with other stakeholders
  • Be responsible for organising, leading, and developing initiatives on territory as per strategy
  • Collaboration with the cross-functional teams to develop customer engagement plans at key accounts
  • Working in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively and strategically with various members of the company’s oncology team
  • Ensure consistent adherence to company corporate policies, values and standards, and applicable laws and regulations
  • What You Must have
  • Be an experienced Senior Hospital Sales Representative / Product Specialist with extensive and successful sales experience in Pharmaceutical and or Medical Devices.
  • Have previous experience with oncologists (Preferred for this role).
  • Proven strategic thinking, decision making and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience in influencing without direct authority and be results orientated with a competitive drive.
  • Success in networking and forming partnerships with cross-functional teams to develop strategic approach to customer engagement.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and reporting tool
  • Own Vehicle and Full Driving Licence
  • Education:
