We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our engineering team working on heat-only SMR projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of electrical systems that ensure reliable, safe, and efficient plant operation. In the role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams and contribute to projects from early concept design through detailed engineering and commissioning.

Responsibilities
- Define electrical design requirements based on plant design criteria, safety requirements, and applicable electrical and nuclear codes and standards.
- Design electrical power distribution systems for industrial facilities.
- Prepare and review electrical design documentation, such as single line diagrams, electrical load lists, power system calculations and system descriptions.
- Specify and select electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, MCCs, drives, batteries, UPS systems and cabling.
