💻 Role Description

As Sales Team Lead you will be responsible for leading and developing the Mapon Finland sales team, driving revenue growth and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. You will coach and motivate the team, manage the full sales cycle, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with key clients and partners. By analysing performance metrics and market trends, you will continuously improve sales processes and contribute to Mapon's strengthening in the Finnish market. 🚀

💼 What You’ll Do

Act as the key representative for our Finland branch, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the local team and the company’s headquarters.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and KPIs.

Set sales quotas, targets, and budgets in alignment with company objectives.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Be a key player in the management team of the branch.
