You’ll build and integrate control systems, tune robot performance, test and validate installations, as well as ensure our solutions run smoothly in demanding operational environments. You’ll collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical and software engineers – from early concepts to deployment and continuous improvement as systems scale across customer sites.What we’re looking for
University degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related engineering field.
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in automation, mechatronics or similar engineering roles
Proven experience designing, implementing and commissioning automation systems in real-world environments
Strong PLC programming skills (Siemens TIA Portal preferred) and hands-on control system knowledge
Experience integrating sensors, actuators and mechatronic components into cohesive systems
Proficiency in Python for automation, data communication, or system integration
Familiarity with CAD and simulation tools to support mechanical and system design
Ability to troubleshoot complex systems, optimize performance, and ensure re
