Central Warehouse, Närpes Factory

We are currently looking for a Logistics Manager to join our central warehouse team at the Närpes factory.

The Logistics Manager at NTM holds overall responsibility for the company's logistics function and ensures efficient, cost-conscious and reliable flows of materials and products throughout the organisation.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead, develop and coordinate the four main areas of the logistics organisation: transport, distribution, warehousing and internal logistics.

Ensure efficient material flows to the production at the Närpes factory as well as to our subsidiaries in other countries.

Develop and modernise warehouse management systems in close cooperation with our internal experts.

Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, regulations and internal policies related to transport, occupational safety and warehousing.

Lead, engage and develop employees within the logistics organisation.

Vi söker dig somHar dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbete inom lager och logistik, gärna inom tillverkande industri.

Har erfarenhet av att arbeta i lagerstyrsystem och affärssystem (ERP/WMS).

Har erfarenhet av ledande befattning eller samordnande roll (meriterande).

Är strukturerad och lösningsorienterad.

Är en trygg och tydlig ledare som engagerar och utvecklar dina medarbetare.
