Role description

At AMD Silo AI we work at the forefront of AI development and we are looking for a person who can help us develop our engineering operations to the next level with a strong focus on the use of AI.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to craft, lead, and drive development initiatives within our engineering unit. This role is central to shaping how engineering teams work, collaborate and scale their operations effectively.

The Operations Manager acts as a strategic partner to engineering managers and ensures that teams have the right structures, tools, and practices in place to deliver high-impact AI solutions.

Main responsibilities Design, lead, and drive development initiatives within the engineering unit to improve effectiveness, scalability, and delivery of AI solutions

Support the development of engineering capabilities and skillsets, with a focus on the use of AI and modern software practices

Enable alignment between engineering strategy, technical priorities, and business objectives

Establish and evolve development practices, governance models, and ways of working that support high-quality engineering outcomes

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and collaboration acro
