This is a full-time, 30-month program allowing its participants to work on 3 different product teams during its duration. The program is designed to give people the skills and experience to become a successful product manager at Wolt. Providing you've excelled as a Rotational Product Manager, you'll be moved to a Product Lead role at Wolt. The program starts in July and is based in Helsinki. About the program The goal of our Rotational Product Manager program is to develop the next generation of Product Leaders by mentoring, empowering, and supporting talented individuals. RPMs don't need previous product management experience and can come from a variety of backgrounds. At Wolt, RPMs are placed in key roles within the product management organization and work on products like our core Wolt app, Wolt Market and logistics optimization. This is a high impact role that starts you on a career in one of the most exciting functions in a modern tech company. During the program, we will provide you with extensive support and plenty of training to ensure you have everything you need to grow into a fully-fledged Product Manager.
