Corpay is currently looking to hire a Growth Marketing Manager within our Plugsurfing division. This position falls under our International Vehicle Payments / EV Charging Solutions line of business and is located in Espo
In this role, you will own the full driver lifecycle from first touchpoint through regular charging and long-term retention, designing and scaling activation programs across B2B2C and B2C channels while owning the website, martech stack, and GEO technical layer that ensures Plugsurfing is discoverable in an AI-mediated world.
You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and regularly collaborate with B2B Marketing, Content, Brand & Design, Product, Partner, and International Marketing teams across Corpay.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
B2B2C & B2C Activation (Core Mission)Owning the activation gap for drivers onboarding through white-label partners who never complete their first charging session
Designing and running partner-specific activation programs tailored to unique onboarding flows, driver profiles, and communication triggers
Defining the critical activation window and building Customer.io journeys that move new drivers to first charge
Owning B2C retention strategy including segmentation, churn signal identification, and re-engagement programs
Managing the annual B2C driver NPS programme and translating insights into concrete action
Website OwnershipOwning plugsurfing.com as a growth asset including strategy, structure, performance, and copy briefs
Executing SEO and ASO strategy across web and app platforms
Optimising conversion through analytics and real user behaviour analysis
Managing paid acquisition efforts (search, LinkedIn, and app install camp
