  • Corpay is currently looking to hire a Growth Marketing Manager within our Plugsurfing division. This position falls under our International Vehicle Payments / EV Charging Solutions line of business and is located in Espo
  • In this role, you will own the full driver lifecycle from first touchpoint through regular charging and long-term retention, designing and scaling activation programs across B2B2C and B2C channels while owning the website, martech stack, and GEO technical layer that ensures Plugsurfing is discoverable in an AI-mediated world.
  • You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and regularly collaborate with B2B Marketing, Content, Brand & Design, Product, Partner, and International Marketing teams across Corpay.

  • Role Responsibilities
  • The responsibilities of the role will include:
  • B2B2C & B2C Activation (Core Mission)Owning the activation gap for drivers onboarding through white-label partners who never complete their first charging session
  • Designing and running partner-specific activation programs tailored to unique onboarding flows, driver profiles, and communication triggers
  • Defining the critical activation window and building Customer.io journeys that move new drivers to first charge
  • Owning B2C retention strategy including segmentation, churn signal identification, and re-engagement programs
  • Managing the annual B2C driver NPS programme and translating insights into concrete action
  • Website OwnershipOwning plugsurfing.com as a growth asset including strategy, structure, performance, and copy briefs
  • Executing SEO and ASO strategy across web and app platforms
  • Optimising conversion through analytics and real user behaviour analysis
  • Managing paid acquisition efforts (search, LinkedIn, and app install camp
