Assignment Overview:

Our client is looking for an Intermediate-level Project Manager to support process development initiatives related to the establishment and renovation of retail stores. The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency by refining workflows, standardizing processes, and ensuring clear documentation across the organization.

You will collaborate closely with internal process managers to drive improvements and implement structured, scalable working methods.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements
  • Define and standardize operating procedures, including roles and responsibilities across teams
  • Map and document business processes using tools such as Visio
  • Organize and publish structured documentation through SharePoint platforms
  • Develop process guidelines, operational routines, and supporting training materials
  • Facilitate and support training initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes
  • Work collaboratively with process managers while also managing tasks independently

  • Swedish – Proficient (Mandatory)
  • Work Scope:
  • 20 hours per week (50% assignment)
  • Job Mode:
  • Hybrid (Approximately 25% Remote / 3 days per week on-site)
