Responsibilities

  • The Team Assistant – Corporate Development will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to the Corporate Development team. This role is critical to ensuring the team operates efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by managing scheduling, travel, meeting logistics, documentation, and day-to-day coordination across stakeholders.
  • The role contributes to the effectiveness of the Corporate Development function by enabling smooth team operations, supporting internal and external interactions, and ensuring strong organization across multiple priorities. The Team Assistant will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners to help the team stay focused, well-prepared, and operationally effective.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Manage calendars and scheduling for multiple team members, including coordination of internal and external meetings.
  • Organize meeting logistics, including room bookings, agenda support, materials preparation, and follow-up coordination.
  • Support travel arrangements, itineraries, and team offsites in line with internal processes and policies.
  • Assist with coordination of deal-related logistics, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Prepare, format, and update presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other business documents.
  • Act as a coordination point between the Corporate Development team and internal stakeholders across functions.
  • Support administrative processes such as expenses, invoices, tracking, and record keeping.
  • Help manage shifting priorities and provide timely support in a fast-changing environment.
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure information is handled accurately and confidentially.
  • Proactively identify administrative needs and help the team stay well-prepared and on track.
  • We expect you to have:
  • 3–7 years of experience in a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role.
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders and working with complex, fast-changing schedules.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and discreet approach to handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in standard office tools such as Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, travel, documentation, and administrative processes in a structured way.
