WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Electrolux Professional Group is embarking on a Business & Finance Transformation program to standardize, harmonize, and digitalize finance processes, as well as to digitalize and automate relevant financial data to enable better and faster decision making.
We are now hiring for a business critical role as Global Finance Business Process Owner responsible for shaping the future of Finance within the Group. You will define the future state - “to be”- finance blueprint and oversee, govern, and continuously optimize financial processes and systems across the organization.
The role requires close collaboration across functions and regions to ensure finance operations are efficient and fully aligned with the Group’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Process Management: Own, design and continuously improve financial processes and systems across the business value chain, including Group level ownership and governance of the Chart of Accounts.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement areas and lead finance transformation and optimization initiatives to increase accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
- Compliance & Controls: Ensure financial processes comply with relevant regulations, internal policies, control frameworks, and process guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, IT, Operations, and other key stakeholders globally to ensure seamless integration of financial processes and systems.
- Technology & Data: Act as a bridge between Business and IT.
