About the Assignment You will support a global CISO Office focused on Cybersecurity Culture & Awareness, where the goal is to strengthen secure behaviors across the organization. This is a hands-on role for you who enjoy turning complex cybersecurity topics into clear, engaging, and practical learning experiences. You will work close to stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand organizational and user needs, then translate those insights into learning objectives and behavioral outcomes. The assignment combines pedagogy, digital content creation, and communication, with a strong focus on creating learning that is easy to absorb and relevant in everyday work. You will contribute to digital formats such as nano-learning, e-learning, and intranet communication, while continuously testing, refining, and improving the content. Job DescriptionYou will design and develop digital learning solutions within cybersecurity culture and awareness. You will analyze learning needs and translate them into clear learning objectives and desired behavioral outcomes. You will create learning concepts, storyboards, and interactive training content together with subject matter experts. You will develop and test nano-learning and e-learning modules, then refine the content based on feedback. You will evaluate training materials and continuously improve them to increase clarity, engagement, and effect. You will also create other digital communication materials, such as intranet content. You will help structure and drive your work in a project-based environment with multiple stakeholders. RequirementsExperience in
