As a Primary Production Worker, your work plays a vital role in our company's success by helping ensure product quality, hygiene, traceability, and reliable daily operations. From receiving and labeling substrates to monitoring growth conditions, removing contaminated batches, harvesting mushrooms, and maintaining accurate batch tracking, your contribution helps us deliver the consistency and quality our customers trust. About the role We are looking for a Primary Production Worker to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for receiving, labeling, and moving substrates to designated areas, maintaining stable growth conditions across all facilities, carrying out visual quality control, removing contaminated substrates, harvesting mature batches, storing finished batches, and ensuring the clean and systematic delivery of harvested mushrooms. You will also maintain clear batch tracking, ensure the responsible disposal of used substrates, and help keep the facility clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and safety requirements.
