Centrica Energy is looking for Dynamics 365 CE Developers to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM systems. About the Role
As a Dynamics 365 CE Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing CRM solutions that support Centrica Energy’s business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure best practices and system performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including entities, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other enterprise systems using Azure services (Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps).
- Ensure solution scalability, performance, and security.
- Drive best practices for DevOps using Azure DevOps (ADO) for CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 CE features and Power Platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development.
- Strong coding skills in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and .NET frameworks.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Expertise in API development (REST API, Web API).
- Proficiency in Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, Resource Groups).
- It would be an advantage if you also have:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 CE Developer or Solution Architect.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Git for version control.
- Knowledge of integration of AI agents into CRM systems
