About the Assignment You will join an international setup in the energy sector where customer engagement, marketing automation, and data-driven communication play a central role across several markets. In this assignment, you will act as the go-to specialist within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and help shape scalable, high-quality customer journeys that support both business goals and regulatory needs. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams in agile delivery environments. The role combines hands-on solution design with advisory work, giving you the opportunity to influence how customer communication is built, governed, and improved in a complex enterprise landscape. Job DescriptionYou will act as a subject-matter expert for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys. You will analyze complex customer, marketing, and business needs across multiple countries and turn them into scalable journey solutions. You will design, configure, and optimize real-time customer journeys, event-based and trigger-driven interactions, segmentation, and audience management. You will work with outbound communication channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and similar touchpoints. You will design and improve consent, preference, and subscription management in line with GDPR and country-specific regulations. You will shape functional and technical solutions connected to Sales, Customer Service, and external platforms.
