We are pleased to announce that we have a vacancy for a Mechanical Construction Manager to join our expanding team. This is a site-based role, playing a key part in the successful delivery of complex mechanical building services works on major data centre projects.

RequirementsManage and maintain effective communication with the client and wider project stakeholders.

Prepare and implement method statements and risk assessments for mechanical construction activities, ensuring all HVAC deliverables are completed in line with project, quality, and safety requirements.

Coordinate closely with the project team to sequence mechanical installations, including pipework, to meet programme milestones and scheduled dates.

Manage the project commercially from handover from estimating through to technical procurement of equipment, specialist subcontractors, and suppliers.

Assist in the documentation and costing of scope changes, including preparation of monthly valuations and contribution to the final account.

Manage and monitor the two-week look-ahead programme in conjunction with the project team.
