Responsibilities
- Analyze technical risks and field data; report progress and deviations to management.
- Ensure compliance with Swedish building regulations, safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Coordinate daily with multi-disciplinary teams (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Chemical) to ensure installation integrity.
- Review construction drawings for compliance with BBR, PBL, and AMA.
- Establish technical sequences, site readiness plans, and milestone tracking for on-site installation and testing.
- Coordinate building construction & MEP installation through commissioning and acceptance phases.
- Identify on-site non-conformances and execute technical remediation plans.
- Regulatory Liaison for Final Clearance: Interface with professional consultants and authorities to verify that technical documentation meets statutory requirements for Slutbesked (final clearance).
Requirements
- Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management related work experience
- Familiar with project management structure and process (project organization, time plan, budg
