What You’ll Do as Learning Product Admin In your role, you’ll collaborate with a wide range of people across the business. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day: Maintain and update digital learning content to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistent formatting. Manage global user accounts, enrolments, permissions, and provide timely support for access or navigation issues. Track learner progress and generate reports, while monitoring platform performance and escalating technical issues when needed. Set up and support learning events, including course creation, enrolments, reminders, and attendance tracking. Coordinate with external vendors and content providers to upload, test, and maintain high‑quality learning materials. Handle ad hoc requests and assist the digital learning team with ongoing platform maintenance and content library organization.
