About this role

Join our Product Analytics function and help shape the next wave of customer-facing experiences at ASOS, using data to influence what we build, why we build it, and how we measure success. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, UX and cross-functional partners to understand how customers move through the platform, uncover the highest-impact opportunities to improve conversion, engagement and retention In this role, you’ll bring structure and clarity to product decision-making: defining and evolving core KPIs, designing rigorous experiments, and translating complex analysis into clear recommendations that shape roadmaps and priorities. You’ll build dashboards and storytelling that land with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you’ll champion a culture where decisions are backed by evidence and measurable impact, turning insight into action, and action into better customer experiences. The Role:  Partnering with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to define key metrics, evaluate product performance, and uncover opportunities for growth  Conducting funnel and drop-off analysis to identify friction points in the customer journey and areas for optimisation  Designing and analysing A/B tests and experiments to measure the impact of new product features or experiences on conversion, engagement, and retention  Using data to optimise conversion rates, user engagement, and customer satisfaction across the ASOS platform  Translating data into clear, actionable insights that inform product roadmaps, design decisions, and feature prioritisation  Building dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate trends and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

About you:  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights  Proficiency in SQL and analytical programming languages such as Python (pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation, analysis and visualisation  An understanding of statistics (hypothesis testing, statistical significance, confidence intervals) and how to apply them in real-world analysis  Experience designing and analysing A/B tests and experiments, with a solid grasp of experimental design principles  Proven experience analysing customer funnels and end-to-end customer journeys in e-commerce or digital platforms, using data to enhance user engagement and conversion.  Strong experience with data visualisation and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
