Responsibilities

  • Supporting and developing solutions to translate accounting requirements into effective configurations within Microsoft Business Central
  • Setting up CSV Ports (interfaces)
  • Supporting roll-out projects for new subsidiaries
  • Documenting and improving our entire accounting processes and systems landscape including further applications and interfaces
  • Providing functional support and guidance to users of accounting systems
  • Identifying system and process issues and driving their resolution
  • Analysing and harmonising accounting and financial processes
  • Supporting audit activities and monthly group reporting from a systems perspective, as well as collaborating with the collections (dunning) team
  • You have a degree in information technology, business administration, accounting, or a comparable qualification / relevant professional experience
  • You have practical experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in finance and IT environments
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Requirements

  • Experience in IT-related project management, with demonstrated ability to deliver results
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate team meetings (e.g., stand-ups), with strong communication skills
  • Basic development and debugging knowledge is considered an advantage
