Job Description

About the role

In close alignment with global strategy, you will lead the development and execution of innovative patient access strategies for Sobi's portfolio. From pricing and reimbursement (P&R) to stakeholder engagement, you will ensure that our therapies reach the patients who need them most-efficiently, sustainably, and successfully.

The position can be located in one of the Nordic countries and will require travel across the Nordics depending upon priorities and business needs, reporting to Director Patient Access Nordics & Baltics.

Your impact will include:Craft and adapt compelling value stories and economic models that support successful payer negotiations across Nordic & Baltic markets.

Lead the execution of access plans-from stakeholder mapping and engagement to submission of pricing and reimbursement applications and tender processes.

Proactively engage with payers, authorities, and key stakeholders to identify and overcome barriers to patient access.

Equip cross-functional teams with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to communicate the value of Sobi's therapies effectively.

Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers at local, regional, and national levels-becoming a trusted part
