Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Construction Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience in facility design and construction environments.
Experience with data center equipment/environments, including switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, and fire safety systems.
Experience with vendor and project management.
Experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:Knowledge of design build processes or associated documents and agreements, and electrical and mechanical systems.
Knowledge of start up or commissioning processes.
Ability to travel 25% of the time as needed.
