Responsibilities

• As a Delivery Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and program participants. You will be responsible for coordinating coaching programs, supporting our coach network, and handling a variety of back-office tasks that keep our delivery running efficiently.
• You'll act as the first point of contact for our participants, providing prompt, professional, and friendly support throughout their journey with us. As organizational changes can have a significant impact on individuals, participants may often be navigating uncertainty or transition. It is therefore important that they are met with both empathy, professionalism, and a confident sense of support.
• Coordinate coaching programs and schedules
• Collaborate closely with our network of coaches
• Act as the primary contact for participants, ensuring excellent service
• Support administrative and back-office processes
• Work closely with colleagues across Finland and the Nordics
• Ensure smooth communication between clients, coaches, and internal teams

• You will report to a Nordic Delivery Manager based in Denmark, while working closely with the Finnish Right Management team and collaborating with Nordic colleagues.
