Digital Operations Specialist, Fazer Group

As a Digital Operations Specialist, you will become part of Fazer's Digital Marketing community and support the smooth day-to-day operations of digital marketing and social media across the organization. You will contribute to social media operations, content production, tools and coordination, and help scale best practices across Fazer's business units and markets.

In this role, you combine coordination and operational work with a bit of hands-on content creation, ensuring that digital channels, content and ways of working are consistent, efficient and aligned across the organization.

Your key tasks will include

Managing social media platforms, tools and access rights, ensuring smooth operations and governance.

Acting as an internal expert on social media platforms and content practices

Planning and coordinating the Group-level social media editorial calendar

Producing and publishing engaging social media content for selected Group channels

Supporting influencer and creator marketing coordination and contributing to shared practices across the organization.

Supporting the development of digital tools, processes and guidelines, and sharing insights on trends and best practices.

You will work closely with internal marketing teams, digital specialists and external partners to support the execution and continuous development of Fazer's digital marketing and social media. You will report to the Group Digital Marketing Lead. This is a permanent full-time position located in Vantaa, Finland, where we mainly work on-site.
