Rajobit is now hiring a Senior Process Automation Developer for their Customer solutions -unit.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Process Automation Developer, to join Rajobit’s Customer solutions -unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing business process automation solutions and solving technical incidents reported by our customers or identified directly by our automation solutions. This position requires technical proficiency in business process automation, combined with strong capabilities project management and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Business process automation design and development: Gathering requirements from end customers and developing automation solutions based on the requirements.
- Incident Management and Customer Communication: Role is on DevOps -team and includes partly work related resolution of reported incidents.
- Technical Expertise in RPA Tools: Utilize advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath. In hand experience in developing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical incidents is mandatory for this role.
- Keys to success in the role:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with RPA technologies, with strong proficiency in UiPath or other RPA tools. Hands on experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical incidents.
- Knowledge of consuming APIs (REST, SOAP)
- You will have good problem solving skills, a relentless and efficient way of working
- We value good interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in understanding our customers' business. You will have the capability to communicate technical details to clients with different backgrounds
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and Finnish.
