Your role and responsibilities

As a Supplier Development Engineer your work will consist of: Managing new product introduction and leading proactive quality assurance activities for castings manufacturing and machining

Analysing supplier performance and capabilities, identifying development opportunities and driving impactful development actions

Developing and executing supplier development action plans to improve supplier performance

Supporting suppliers with their operational development initiatives in relation to quality, delivery and cost

Executing supplier audits and audit follow-up according to supplier development action plan and verifying impact

You'll be working as a part of impactful Supplier Development team and Category team with diverse expertise.

Requirements for the position: Strong experience of iron and aluminium casting and machining technologies and manufacturing processes
