You will work closely with the Global Partner Marketing Team, whose mission is to empower and activate the global partner ecosystem through collaborative marketing initiatives that drive demand, expand market reach, and enable mutual growth.
About the roleIn this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing the operational processes behind partner marketing programs in EMEA. You will work closely with Partner Marketing Managers and the Channel Sales Team to ensure that programs and initiatives are scalable, efficient, and measurable.
You will play a central role in optimizing how partners engage with marketing resources, as well as tracking and analyzing the performance of partner-driven initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence & Process DevelopmentOwn the day-to-day operations of the MDF (Market Development Funds) program
Ensure efficient processes for managing and tracking partner activities
Identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and scalability
Performance Tracking & AnalysisSupport the EMEA Partner Marketing Team in developing and monitoring KPIs
Analyze performance related to:revenue contribution
deal registration
conversion rates
ROI on partner initiatives
Provide reports and insights on program performance
Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Channel Sales, Field Marketing, and Partner Marketing
Ensure smooth collaboration across partner programs and marketing initiatives
Lead ManagementSupport the Partner Marketing Team in managing partner-driven leads
Ensure proper lead routing, tracking, and reporting
