Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead software teams in program execution
- Align teams contributions to programs at the organizational level
- Define and execute programs plan managing Sprints, milestones, quarterly Program Increments, system dependencies, program scope, and periodic releases
- Communicate progress through standardized KPIs and program reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, clinical, product management, manufacturing, and regulatory
- Drive excellence through use of AI and continuous improvements
- Foster a culture of collaboration, common goals, ownership, quality first, and delivering on schedule
