You will work in tandem with our recruiters, Françoise and Bob, while being mentored closely by our Talent Acquisition Manager, Laurent. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where your energy truly makes an impact. If you’re eager to learn and ready to dive into the action, you will fit right in! Your Impact As a full member of the team, you won't just watch, you’ll dive right in! Supported by experienced colleagues, you will have the opportunity to: Recruit: Own the end-to-end recruitment of junior consultants and interns alongside Laurent, our Recruitment Manager. Source: Partner with Françoise and Bob to identify top talent on different platforms like LinkedIn, plan of screening calls, and first interviews with candidates, etc Innovate: Contribute to different projects linked to our recruitment activities, such as Employer Branding, referral programs, and process improvements. Create: Develop social media content (videos, campaigns, and job ads) to boost our visibility.
Qualifications Education: Final year student (Bachelor or Master) in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus. Tech Savvy: A strong interest in talent acquisition techniques and digital marketing. Interpersonal Skills: A natural talent for connecting with people via phone, video call, and face-to-face. Mindset: A proactive, organized, and enthusiastic problem-solver with a proven capacity to multi-task while maintaining high levels of accuracy. Logistics: Driving license is a plus & open to attending events. Duration: Available for a minimum of 3 months (4-5 days/week).
