Senior UX/UI Designer – Digital Products & User Experience
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior UX/UI Designer to create seamless, intuitive, and user-centered digital experiences across multiple platforms. In this role, you will work with both onboard interfaces and offboard applications (mobile and web), ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience throughout the entire customer journey.
You will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to transform user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into meaningful and engaging design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences across digital products and services
- Conduct user research and analysis, turning insights into actionable design solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Ensure a consistent UX/UI experience across all touchpoints and platforms
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business and technical requirements
- Contribute to and evolve design systems, guidelines, and reusable components
- Drive continuous improvement of user experience and product usability
- Support product and service development by contributing to vision, strategy, and roadmap work

- Required qualifications
- Proven experience designing customer-facing digital products and services
- Strong background in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications
- Experience working with end-to-end user journeys and service design
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
- Ability to translate user insights and complex re
