People Development Partner

About this role

Responsibilities

• As a People Development Partner, you will be the link between our People Development initiatives and the everyday life in our Finnish stores. You will be given a wide range of tasks - from recruitment and onboarding to leadership development and business partnering - all with a focus on developing both people and the organization. You will participate in leadership group meetings and contribute actively to the People agenda.
• Your responsibilities
• Drive and support recruitment processes primarily at management level
• Be a close sparring partner for the leaders in your regions - also in relation to strengthening our leadership pipeline
• Drive and support onboarding of new employees and managers
• Teach at our internal management training courses and run workshops
• Facilitate leadership development initiatives and ensure that concepts become practice
• Contribute to the development and implementation of People Development activities in everyday life
• Who are you?

You have a high drive, like to take initiative and do not wait for others to get you started. You think business and people together - and can translate strategic initiatives into concrete actions.
