As a Lead QA Analyst, you will lead quality across an organization of 30+ engineers in our Continuous and Preventive Care domain, focused on improving the performance, features, and design of an exciting product for healthcare professionals. We help healthcare professionals save time, be more productive, and feel in control of their workload and activities by automating tasks as much as possible while providing clear and accessible information regarding their patients.

What you’ll do

As a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst in our domain, you will:

Strategize QA Across Teams: Support and guide up to five teams, ensuring consistent QA practices and standards are upheld.

Develop Advanced Test Strategies: Architect and implement advanced testing methodologies, including automation frameworks and performance testing strategies.

Lead Cross-Team QA Initiatives: Drive QA guild meetings and foster collaboration between teams to share best practices.

Quality Metrics Analysis: Provide in-depth analysis of quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement across multiple teams.

Champion Regulatory Compliance: Lead efforts to ensure all teams meet regulatory and compliance requirements.

Mentor QAAs and Team Members: Offer expertise and guidance to develop the skills of QA professionals across the organization.

Facilitation and Cross-Team Leadership: Orchestrate and facilitate cross-team QA initiatives, such as guild meetings, strategy alignment workshops, and quality improvement sessions, driving consensus and organizational impact.

Also, it would be a nice to have if you:

Had exposure to the medical or healthcare domain, particularly in regulated environments.

Understand compliance frameworks such as MDR, FDA, ISO 13485, and GDPR

Who you are

You have at least 6+ years of QA experience, with a focus on leading QA efforts across multiple teams.

You have expert knowledge of QA processes, automation tools, and performance testing.

You are experienced in regulatory compliance and security standards.

You possess strong leadership and project management skills.

You have excellent communication skills and can influence stakeholders at all levels across multiple teams.

You are proactive, strategic, and passionate about quality.
