About this role
*Job Description**
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Nepali Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of authentic Nepali cuisine and also be capable of preparing bubble tea beverages. You will play a key role in maintaining food quality and delivering a great customer experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
*Key Responsibilities**
Prepare and cook authentic Nepali dishes such as momo, chowmein, thukpa, curries, and traditional snacks
Prepare and serve bubble tea and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Manage food preparation, storage, and inventory efficiently
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service hours
Follow restaurant recipes and contribute ideas for menu improvements
*Requirements**
Proven experience as a Nepali cook or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of traditional Nepali dishes and cooking techniques
Experience in preparing bubble tea is required
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic English communication skills (Finnish is a plus)
