Supercell is now offering a unique opportunity for a dynamic Executive Assistant to support two Core Leadership Team members, operating under the Group Leadership.
Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, you'll support Supercell's CPO (People) and CTO (Tech) in a fast-paced, international environment. You'll act as a trusted partner in their day-to-day, ensuring smooth operations, well-structured schedules and travel, and seamless coordination across teams and time zones.
In your day-to-day work, you will:
Provide direct support to Supercell's CPO and CTO
Manage and prioritise complex calendars and meeting scheduling across multiple time zones
Organise all-hands, workshops, offsites
Handle expenses, visas, any other official documents needed
Coordinate activities and communications across teams and offices
Prepare meeting materials, note-taking, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
Handle travel arrangements and logistics
Arrange and support team gatherings and host guests at our offices
Problem-solve proactively and elegantly
