We are looking for a Sr Sales Manager, Urban Water, Finland & Baltics to join our Water Solutions business unit in Finland and Baltic countries.
Water Solutions business unit offers a wide range of innovative solutions to optimize all stages of the water treatment process, while safely achieving water quality targets and meeting constantly tightening regulations, serving both municipal and industrial customers globally.
This role is based in Finland, ideally located near one of Kemira’s offices or manufacturing sites. A remote working arrangement may also be considered, provided there is flexibility to travel occasionally within the Helsinki metropolitan area and to Kemira locations as needed.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Driving sales and building strong partnerships with a large portfolio of municipal customers across Finland and the Baltic countries
Owning business planning and execution in line with agreed targets, including budgeting and alignment with strategic objectives
Leading, developing, and motivating a team of sales professionals
Ensuring full compliance with pricing principles, governance standards, and regulatory requirements
Working closely with commercial, marketing, finance, and operations teams to deliver business results
What you’ll bring to the team:
Solid experience in sales or marketing
A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or another relevant field
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence customers and key stakeholders
Proven people leadership skills or stron
