We are now looking for a Commercial Project Manager to join our Nordics Digital Power Application Center (DPAC) team in Espoo, Finland.

You will play a crucial role in leading the execution of digital power system projects from small to large scale. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and collaborate with a diverse and talented team.

What you'll be doing: Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction throughout project lifecycles

Drive financial performance and ensure deliveries align with contractual technical scope and timelines in collaboration with technical teams

Take ownership of project scope validation, contract terms, and handover from sales to project execution

Develop and manage project plans, financials, and reporting using advanced project tools and systems

Effectively manage risk, change requests, stakeholder relationships, and coordination with technical teams

What will help you succeed: Interest in multi-activity project management and ability to build strong customer relationships as well as collaborate effectively with sales teams

Previous work experience in a technical field in project management with digital power solutions, SCADA solutions, Medium or High Voltage experience is preferred but not a requirement

A degree in electrical engineering or another engineering discipline is preferred but not a requirement

A commercial mindset with project management & stakeholder management experience is desirable and weighs heavier than a technica
