Senior AI Advisor

At Sofigate, we are building a new Disruptive AI & Business Renewal team to help ambitious organisations renew their business in the age of AI. We combine business advisory, AI transformation, platform capabilities and practical delivery to help clients move from AI ambition to measurable outcomes.

We are now looking for a Senior AI Advisor to work closely with client executives, shape new opportunities, and lead Enterprise AI service deliveries for our clients.

This role is for someone with strong business acumen and solid AI experience, who can challenge clients to rethink their business, operating model and processes. As an early joiner, you will contribute to the growth of the new Disruptive AI & Business Renewal team, our offering and our market position from the start.

What you will do Lead executive-level discussions on AI-driven business renewal

Translate AI ambition into actionable plans and business cases

Identify and shape high-value Enterprise AI opportunities across business functions and knowledge work

Lead client engagements from direction-setting to proof of value and scaled adoption

Guide clients in redesigning business processes and operating models

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams across business, design, data and technology in deliveriesBuild trusted relationships with senior stakeholders

Ensure responsible AI, governance, and adoption are embedded in every engagement

What we expect from you: Strong experience in consulting, transformation, or complex client delivery

Proven experience with AI, GenAI, agentic AI, automation or data-driven transformation in a business context

Strong business acumen and ability to connect AI to strategy, value creation and operating model change

Experience working with senior executives and leading stakeholder discussions

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex engagements end-to-end

Ability to challenge clients constructively and turn ambiguity into clear action
