We are looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
Your Mission
Turn marketing into predictable pipeline and revenue. You also dice 40%+ annual growth with speed, clarity, and accountability.
What You Own
You are responsible for making growth happen:Campaign velocity & experimentation
Scalable sales lead generation
Tight alignment with business to reach the set growth goals
Effective use of our talent and marketing budget
You lead daily execution, inspire and push team toward results
What Success Looks LikeFast launch → test → optimize cycles
Consistent pipeline growth across markets
Improving MQL → SQL → Deal conversion rates
Clear marketing ROI and tangible business impact
Who You AreStrong background in B2B growth / performance marketing
Hands-on, analytical, commercially sharp
Comfortable with ambitious targets and clear accountability
Builder & doer mindset - you ship fast and iterate faster
Experience from a fast-scaling company is a plus

Office first hybrid in Helsinki - close to sales and your team (flexible remote when needed)
Working language: English
Reporting line: directly to the CEO
