We are now looking for a Senior AI or ML Engineer to join our AI, Analytics and Automation unit. The role is based in Kaisaniemi, Helsinki. You’ll join the team with fellow data scientists, data analysts, software developer and DevOps engineer.
As a Senior AI / ML Engineer you’ll play a valuable role in designing and implementing state-of-the-art solutions by leveraging Large Language Models (LLM) and agent-based architecture. You collaborate closely with the business and from a solution perspective you’ll make the solution possible by combining business understanding, data science, and technology.
What you’ll be doing:
Transform state-of-the-art research into robust, production-ready AI solutions
Finetune domain-specific LLMs
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers and other teams to solve real-life problems
Help us build versatile AI development, deployment and other MLOps solutions to enable production-level AI and ML solution on cloud environment and sometimes in on-prem environment
Typically, AI solutions are evaluated based on prediction accuracy, but in our work that’s only one thing to consider. We have to consider solutions’ explainability, AI risks, model uncertainties and that the solution fits into customers’ processes. It is essential to understand and implement met
