Learning Systems Specialist (Cornerstone / CSOD LMS)

In this role You will:

Serve as the primary liaison between Learning operations and internal business units

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their learning needs, strategic priorities, and performance goals, ensuring their requirements are incorporated into learning operations

Address and resolve challenges related to learning operations, ensuring smooth operations end-to-end

Regularly review and analyze learning sessions, cases and cost

Keep the learning offers up-to-date and accurately represented

Identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies related to learning services

Lead and support continuous improvement projects

Oversee the integration of new technologies and tools into learning operations to enhance service delivery

Ensure that technology solutions align with learning operations for any future integrations between tools used by Learning operations

Coach and guide team members on technical skills, functional skills and different processes for specific portfolios

Add new content to all bp learning systems and embedding into the global operating model/processes

Analysis of existing content to ensure health and maturity of the existing learning catalogue

What You will need to be successful:

Extensive track record in the learning domain

Deep understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and enterprise learning technologies

Problem solving skills demonstrated through experience in case management

Customer focus – Putting the customer at the heart of decision making

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to interact with functional and technical colleagues, and end users, with a passion for customer service

Excellent problem solving and business analysis skills: timeline planning, requirements definition and documentation, test planning, deployment approaches

Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution

Ability to adapt to changing environments, including fast-paced environment and handle daily planned and unplanned activities

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems

Good project management skills

Fluency in English
