The impact you will have:

Lead and manage complex enterprise and strategic customer accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and value delivery.

Serve as a role model within Field Engineering, embodying Databricks' core principles and acting as a recognised leader.

Collaborate with Field Engineering leadership to mentor and guide the development of Solutions Architects and Senior SAs, fostering team growth.

Enhance Databricks' technical community presence by developing impactful customer-facing materials and leading workshops, seminars, and industry events.

Contribute to the development and implementation of regional best practices and efficient processes to improve team effectiveness.

Cultivate a strong internal network within Databricks, building key relationships with stakeholders across various specialist and product teams.

What we look for:

Extensive experience in navigating complex customer engagements and the sales lifecycle within a technical pre-sales environment.

Proven ability to lead strategic business discussions with C-level executives to build strong relationships, orchestrate internal teams, and influence outcomes that drive long-term customer success.

Strong aptitude for identifying and prioritising key business use cases, strategic resource allocation, and investment strategies to maximise impact.

Understanding of core programming concepts and a willingness to engage with data and analytics technologies at a conceptual level.

Experience guiding customers through complex evaluations and a solid understanding of public cloud platforms.

Expertise in developing and articulating compelling solutions for diverse customer needs and effectively positioning Databricks in a competitive landscape.
