to join our Education Services team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer and supplier experience.

You will provide an excellent customer and supplier experience through the administration, coordination, and management of all resources required for the successful delivery of training courses.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be the primary interface for students and suppliers, ensuring a seamless and professional training delivery experience. In this role, you will:

Act as the main point of contact for all order‑related enquiries within the education business

Communicate with customers regarding the status of their course bookings and orders

Create and maintain course schedules for Academy vendors on Salesforce and relevant vendor portals

Coordinate, book, and confirm all course resources — trainers, courseware, labs, catering, and more

Request and distribute purchase orders for resold courses

Manage student registrations on vendor portals to ensure courses are vendor‑recognised

Monitor order progress, investigate issues, and make decisions within defined processes

Escalate exceptions or urgent situations where necessary

Review vendor invoices and submit for timely payment via Accounts Payable

Ensure all costs and revenue are accurately recorded in Salesforce for month‑end reconciliation

Manage vendor class requirements such as sign‑in sheets, reporting, and compliance documentation
