Scientist – Development Services

Responsibilities

  • Execute and deliver your own laboratory projects, ensuring high standards for safety, quality, and timeliness.
  • Support Purification Development and Viral Clearance, including standard purification experiments, chromatography, filtration, and stability studies.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional project teams to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare and present reports and dashboards for internal teams and customers.
  • Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and laboratory best practices.
  • Critically analyze data to support quality-driven decision-making.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, equipment maintenance, and operational excellence activities.

Requirements

  • BSc in a relevant scientific or technical discipline; laboratory experience preferred.
  • Business fluent in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in experimental design, data collection, and analysis; understanding of DOE is a plus.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with GMP and relevant standards.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to present complex scientific data clearly.
  • Enthusiasm for learning, developing expertise, and supporting team growth.
