We are looking for a Senior Controller to manage our financial operations at our LSO at Jyväskylä, Finland. The position is full-time and valid until further notice.
Your main responsibilities:Finance and reporting / budgeting. Responsible for the company's accounting, budgeting, and financial statements, reporting and forecasting. Produces reports and analyses to support management and decision-making.
Financial planning. Responsible for cash flow planning and ensuring sufficient financing.
Management team member. Involved in decision-making and committed to these decisions. Takes the necessary measures forward in own area of responsibility and throughout the organization.
Taxation. Responsible for corporate taxation, preparing tax returns, value added tax, and annual reports to the tax authorities.
Internal transfer pricing cooperation within the group. Follow instructions and processes provided by the Group.
Company's cost pricing (Costing). Follow instructions and processes provided by the Group. Work in cooperation with operations to ensure quality of cost pricing.
Insurance. Responsible for the company's insurance policies and insurance cooperation with the group and a Finnish insurance company.
Risk management. Responsible for credit control and financial risk management.
Financial audit cooperation. Responsible for arranging the company's audit and cooperating with the auditing firm in accordance with the Group's audit requirements.
Acting as a supervisor. For employees in the finance department. The role involves using and maintaining systems associated with the role of supervisor, e.g., monitoring working hours, travel expenses, and development discussions.
We expect from you:Relevant educational background (higher education degree or polytechnic degree).
Extensive experience in financial tasks, preferably in an international group.
Ability to perform tasks independently, purposefully, persistently, and responsibly.
