Welcome to our team
The In Market Quality department is an essential hub in our organization. This department is focused on quality oversight of the distribution of medicines in the Dutch market. In The Netherlands there is a Quality Responsible Person, that belong to a cluster of the 5 countries (France, Belgium, Netherlands , Spain and Morocco ), all employees have extensive knowledge and experience in Good Distribution Practice. The team works closely with other departments within the company to achieve the stated goals.
Your internship assignment
As an intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Quality Responsible Person of Netherlands on some daily taks detailed below to ensure the business continuity and GDP compliance.
Your responsibilities
Documentation: Support with routing of SOPs/Forms for approval and to archive documentation in GDPs repositories
Support with the batch commercialization of vaccines process, including updating the tracker tool.
Complaints samples management
Support on temperature excursion
Support on 3PL oversight
Providing a fresh perspective to the department by sharing your opinion.
The described tasks form the basic package and will often be performed independently after a proper training and learning period. These tasks may be supplemented with other projects and/or tasks on your own initiative or at the request of the organization.
What is required
Current university student in the fourth year of a Master’s degree in Pharmacy.
Familiarity with Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
Enthusiastic about learning and working in a team.
Fluent in English.
Work schedule and duration
Approximately 20 hours per week (3 days per week).
Period: until 31 December 2026.
Remote work for part of the time can be considered.
